The camera doesn’t see the way we do and photos need to be processed, just like film used to. Learn how to take your photos from drab to fab! This class is for both iphone & DSLR users who are new to photo editing with Lightroom. You will learn:
The difference between RAW and JPG formats and why it matters
How and why to use (and create your own!) presets
How to make basic adjustments using each editing component
Concepts relating to editing and how to edit mindfully
Do’s and don’ts for letting your creativity soar and creating stellar photos without crossing into the “just no!” zone
What the heck workflow is, who cares, and how to make your own
Please Note!
You will need to install a fully working version of Adobe Lightroom CC on your phone or (preferably) your laptop in order to participate in this workshop. If possible, please also upload 10 or so images you want to edit to your LR. If you don’t know how to upload, no worries- we’ll go over it in class! If you are using a DLSR, you will need to install LR on your laptop and bring a card reader if your laptop doesn’t have one.
